Huawei launches its new Android-powered smartphone, the TapouT edition through MetroPCS and SA Studios Global. The Huawei TapouT smartphone is powered by Android OS 2.2 aka Froyo and is equipped with 2GB microSD. The 3.2 mega pixels AF camera delivers quality images and video recordings. There are also 10 TapouT virtual training videos and other TapouTapplications in the device. The Huawei TapouT smartphone is equipped with TapouT static and live wallpapers. “The TapouT brand is admired by MMA fans around the world, and we’re proud to offer consumers a unique and personalized handset that carries the energy and radical design for which TapouT is known. Special edition handsets are one of the ways that we’re giving consumers the devices, services and features that are a perfect fit with their lifestyles and interests.” MetroPCS’ senior vice president of corporate marketing Phil R. Terry was quoted as saying. The Huawei TapouT phone would come with the price tag of $149 and would be sold across MetroPCS stores. The phone, which comes in two covers black and gray, will also be sold via online. MetroPCS also offers service plans for $50 and $60 per month. |
